Dear Parish Family,
I was reflecting this past week about how grateful I am for the blessing of these days with you. Whether it’s praying together at Mass, ministering with one another, or just spending time together, I hope you can see this time we're in with all its ups and downs as a gift from the Lord. He is with us, giving us His grace and guidance so we can mature in our love of Him and our communion with each other. I hope you can look back years from now and rejoice that we are following the Lord together as a parish community. Know that I love you in Christ. It is an honor to pray for you and your needs every day.
Combined Communal Penance at St. Gabriel Parish
If you need confession this Lent, please come to St. Gabriel Parish this Monday, March 11 at 7:00 PM. We will have a Communal Penance Service with a communal Liturgy of the Word service, Examination of Conscience, and the opportunity for individual confessions with a priest. Fr. Fabian and I will be there along with a number of other priests from our region. St. Gabriel Parish is located at 9925 Johnnycake Ridge Rd, Concord, OH 44077.
Footsteps of St. Paul Pilgrimage
Join Fr. John Betters and me on a "Footsteps of St. Paul" pilgrimage to Greece and Turkey this September 3-13! Fr. John was my first pastor as a new priest, and I’m excited to travel with our parish families and with him and his Ss. Robert and William and St. John of the Cross Parish families. We postponed our Holy Land trip for a year but decided keep it biblical by following the path of St. Paul. The itinerary looks incredible. Check it out and learn more at the link below, and pick up a brochure in the back of church. Save the date for an information session on Wednesday, April 3 from 6:30 - 8:00 pm in the St. Mary ABC Rooms.

St. Patrick Patronal Feast Dinner
Celebrate our patronal feast day next Saturday, March 16! We will celebrate our Vigil Mass at 4 pm with a corned beef and cabbage dinner at 5 pm in the lower hall. Last year's event was a lot of fun, and I hope many of you can make it again or for the first time this year! Tickets are $15 for adults, $5 for children 6-12, and children under 6 eat for free! Please sign up in the back of church so we know how much food to prepare. You can pay ahead of time or at the door. May the blessing, prayers, and faith of St. Patrick be with us now and always!
I am yours in Christ,
Fr. Scott Goodfellow
