Dear Parish Family,

  The Diocese of Cleveland has instructed all of its parishes to participate in “The Called For More Pilot” program from the Catholic Leadership Institute (CLI). CLI received a grant from the Lilly Endowment to pilot a new process for supporting priests and parishes in thriving in ministry. By gathering information about each priest and each parish, the pilot seeks to give parishioners more awareness about the needs and opportunities of their local community and give priests more awareness and support around their ongoing ministerial development. It is also intended to give the diocese better information with which to consider and discern priestly assignments and parish support.

  I would ask for your assistance in this pilot program. As a parishioner, your input is
greatly appreciated as we seek to develop pastoral plans for our future. The Disciple
Maker Index Survey is open for your input and will take only 10-15 minutes for you to

You can also obtain a paper copy in the Narthex or Parish Office. The survey will be available until March 22nd and will ask you to reflect on your own spiritual growth and enable you to provide feedback on our parish’s efforts to help you grow.

  All responses will be confidential and the parish will only receive information about the community as a whole. We are trying to get the highest response rate possible. This information will be invaluable to me and to our various ministries as we plan for the future and strive to be the best disciples we can be. We will receive the results this spring at which time we will share what we have learned with the entire parish.
